Welcome to Redwood Park Academy

We hope you enjoy your journey around our website and that it helps you to learn about our achievements and the exciting developments that are taking place.

We are a special school for 141 pupils aged 11-16 years who have complex learning difficulties.  In addition to their learning difficulties some pupils have other needs associated with autistic spectrum condition, speech, language and communication difficulties and medical conditions. We were judged as good in our last Ofsted inspection and are proud to have been recognised as a school that provides a high quality education for our pupils

Redwood Park is a member of the Solent Academies Trust, a partnership of schools including Mary Rose Academy and Cliffdale Primary Academy.  Together we ensure that our pupils experience the very best education possible and achieve great things.  We are also a member of the Portsmouth Teaching School Alliance which is led by Mary Rose.

Redwood Park Academy has high expectations and is committed to ensuring that all our pupils achieve the best possible outcomes.  You will discover an academy that has created the most stimulating learning environment, a relevant and challenging curriculum and an active partnership with families and the communities in which our pupils live, work and play. Don't take our word for it, find out for yourself...

Our vision at Redwood Park Academy

We believe that Redwood Park Academy is a place of learning that inspires our pupils and staff.

Our pupils enjoy their learning and as a result they have a positive mindset and they benefit from all the opportunities on offer.  Each member of our team has a critical part to play, a chance to grow and develop, move forward and focus on the belief that all things are possible.
