Children In Need

This year was a little different due to restrictions, but we still managed to have amazing amounts of fun.

KS3 celebrated and raised their money in their POD and KS4 celebrated separately in their POD.  They all got to do a variety of different activities, and of course came into school in their fabulous bright and colourful clothes.

KS3 got to hold class tea parties, decorate their rooms and get involved in lots of celebratory activities.  The hard work that went into their displays was fantastic and they had such a good time.  The smiles on pupils faces reminded us that even though times are hard, we have so much to look forward to and be grateful for.  Well done KS3 you outshone yourselves and you were truly amazing.

KS4 had a very competitive dodgeball tournament, film club, gaming and even got to bake spotty cookies and cinnamon twists (they tasted great!)  The atmosphere in the pod was electric and the pupils really proved that working together and supporting each other can get us through anything!  They spoke about the current situation and what it means to so many others and how they were happy they could help children in need!! Amazing stuff KS4, you make us proud.
