On Monday 1 February, Children's Mental Health Week kicks off, providing an opportunity to discuss the topic of mental health with young people. Kooth is launching its “Don’t Do It Alone” campaign, designed to encourage open conversations around mental health so children and young people know they are not alone with their struggles.Kooth.com is a safe, free and anonymous online mental health platform commissioned for young people in Portsmouth aged 11-18.

The “Don’t Do It Alone” campaign has been designed specifically for young people and some of the biggest stars on social media appear in the campaign video. To accompany the video, Kooth have created an informative and interactive lesson plan for you to download and use in your online or physical classroom to engage your students in a conversation about mental wellbeing.
